Q: We were looking for some direction on how to properly hang this sign. There are some wood screws in the box but no idea how to use them to hang the sign properly.

A: You will notice 2 pre drilled holes in the top and bottom card holders, this is where the screws go to mount the sign.

Q: The top clear piece that holds the insert seems loose or came off.

A: In early production, approx. 100 stores, 1/4 inch tape was applied to 3 sides on the back of the clear insert holder. We have since changed to applying 1/2 tape on all four sides on the back of the clear holders to assure they stay on. Keep in mind that these clear insert holders are designed to have the inserts slid in from the sides. Excessive pulling of the holder will eventually lead to adhesion failure.
